This one day training workshop was identified by EPAA members as an area of development sought during 2020.
Public speaking and presenting can be a daunting experience, without relevant advice and skills training. It is an area that is not natural to many Executive and Personal Assistants and something of which many Assistants shy away from. Fear, lack of self worth and confidence is felt across many levels of the profession and this workshop has been put together to help you overcome this.
Presenting and speaking in public is not always about getting up onto conference stages or speaking at events. It is how you present yourself internally and externally in a work setting and also having the confidence to make your voice heard. This could be presenting at a board meeting, team meetings, company events, project managing, to navigating your worth with your leaders when it comes to performance reviews and beyond. Essentially it is about presenting in front of an audience – an audience can be as little as one person to hundreds!
The benefits to mastering public speaking and presentation skills can be far reaching and could lead to advancements in your EA career, new connections and opportunities not to mention increased communication and confidence!
- Creating a memorable presentation – how to structure
- How to combat nerves and anxiety – present with confidence
- Learn your personal presentation style
- Enhanced Body Language Skills
- Learn your different audiences and how to engage
- Practice makes perfect!
INCLUDED IN THE DAY:
- Electronic certificate of attendance
- 10 EPAA CPD credits awarded to members on CPD programme

- Workshop led by UK industry expert and EPAA Founder, Victoria Darragh
