This virtual classroom CPD workshop has been put together as a result of member led feedback, on areas for development needed during 2020.

Our mission at EPAA is clear, to ensure that you add unparalleled value at a top level to your executives across the UK.

Many Executive and Business Support professionals have undertaken Project Management on an ad-hoc basis over the last decade and beyond and/or have supported Executives leading projects. Projects for this profession can range widely and some professionals have now specialised in this area and have obtained more formal Project Management Qualifications.

As we move from a more secretarial/administration based service to more strategic support, obtaining a greater understanding of the mechanics of Project Management lends itself well to improving your credibility and capabilities as an Executive Assistant.

You will learn how to scope, cost, execute and deliver a highly successful project on behalf of your leader/department and organisation.  We will work through project examples (case scenarios) throughout the workshop and how different methodologies can be utilised effectively.

WHY ATTEND?

INCLUDED IN THE DAY:

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

The workshop is pitched at intermediate level, however we also encourage those less experienced professionals to attend, should you feel this is relevant to your professional development plan at this time. For senior Executive Assistants, this would serve as a refresher.

Each workshop has a maximum of 10 places and these are offered to our membership on a first come, first serve basis.

We reserve the right to cancel a delegate place, whereby membership renewal is overdue or remains unpaid.
