EA/PA professionals in today’s business environment, are consistently required to operative effectively at a business management level. The association predicts this will only increase over the coming years, as automation and artificial intelligence take over the more traditional aspects of the roles. We will take a business wide view of the role of the EA as project manager, whilst understanding our own areas for influence within the project sphere. You will leave this resource packed training programme with practical tools and knowledge on how to apply key project management techniques effectively and with confidence.
Costs include all course materials, books, refreshments and lunch. All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance, as well as 10 CPD credits, for those members who participate in the CPD scheme.
