EPAA is once again back for a fourth year with our annual Fellow Training Roadshow 2020 (now 2021). We are also delighted to be coming to five UK cities for a second year – Southampton, London, Leicester, Liverpool and Glasgow.
Our Fellow level training days are put together with the more senior Business Support Professional in mind and take a detour away from the basics of the roles, to think more broadly and to increase value proposition.
The theme put together for 2020 ‘Business Strategy and Planning’. has been led directly by employer feedback and where they would like to see more value add from the respective roles across the profession.
Roles within organisations which include a sizeable amount of strategy, are viewed as some of the most desirable in organisations, because they provide access to the big picture, the vision and issues/challenges which in turn determine the longevity and future of an organisation.
Any business support professional in today’s fast paces and unpredictable business environment, needs to be able to work with their executives in order to no just think strategically, but also assist in spotting opportunities for growth, potential threats to the business and defining current performance.
At it’s core, business strategy planning is supporting the organisation to provide valuable strategies, for current and future growth.
Any level of membership is entitled to attend one of the roadshow dates, should you feel this meets your and your employers development needs at this time.
