One of the unique challenges in the modern working world for many office professionals, is the ability to be assertive.
By being assertive, this means you have the ability and skills to express yourself confidently, constructively and with effectiveness. It’s expressing your thoughts and feelings in an honest and appropriate manner, whilst preserving the rights of others.
This one day intensive programme will enable delegates to have greater confidence in this subject area, with well-defined tools and techniques, in order to ensure a sound understanding of what it means to be assertive.

Who is this course for?
This course is suitable for any level of Assistant who is looking for more support and/or confidence in this area. It will be especially helpful for those that are new to the profession.
Costs include all course materials, books, refreshments and lunch. All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance, as well as EPAA CPD credits, for those members who participate in the CPD scheme.

Our support doesn’t stop when you leave the course!
All delegates will be offered a further 30-minute coaching slot, as part of your development with the course tutor. This is optional but we strongly hope delegates take advantage of this, as part of ongoing development and successful learning outcomes. This is suggested to take place within three months of course completion.
