EPAA CPD SCHEME
We are delighted to announce that our new CPD (Continued Professional Development) scheme specifically for EPAA members will be launching on Monday 3rd July 2017.
Whilst not mandatory, we encourage all EPAA members to take part in the scheme and use this to progress your career, via learning and development activities.
The scheme will allow you to complete your ‘CPD Record’ via your membership through the website and record your learning online!
What is Continued Professional Development?
We know a great many Assistants have never taken part in a CPD scheme at all and others would have, perhaps via other membership bodies or indeed your employer.
CPD quite simply put is a process or activity that provides added value to the capability of the individual member through an increase in professional knowledge, skills and personal qualities. We believe it to be necessary and in turn demonstrates competence levels at every level and stage of your career!
