We are delighted to announce our new strategic partnership with the Adam Fidler Academy!
Adam Fidler is a former EA and now thought leader/presenter and consultant to the Assistant profession. In addition to this, he has recently opened a brand-new academy for Assistants in Manchester (he also conducts training in London and other major UK cities) – the academy offers a variety of training and development programmes, for all the different levels within the profession.
We know many of our members will know or have heard of Adam and perhaps been fortunate enough to seen him present/train at a variety of events. He is quite simply put, one of the most respected and influential trainers in the country!
Adam has spent a considerable amount of time researching the structure of the profession and future of the roles in the UK. His thought-provoking blogs have been a hit all over the world via social media and with HR managers too! There is no doubt he is a leader in our field and we are confident our members will find high level and professional training, suited to your needs.
Adam and the Academy are in line with our values and mission as an association and national body. Professionalism is at the heart of what both of our organisations do and convey and it is fair to say we have the highest of standards for Assistants, whilst striving for excellence across the profession and in redefining the perception of the ‘outside world’.
Our partnership with the academy is another solid step in our journey in getting the profession where it needs to be, with and supporting the most talented and developed Assistants across the country.
Adam will be a firm fixture as part of our events this year and can be seen presenting at the public-sector PA, university, third and legal sector conferences during the year.
We look forward to working with Adam and the Academy as we continue to raise standards across the Assistant profession.
