Executive PA Performance

At EPAA, we recognise the significant changes for EA/PA professionals in recent years, which has enabled the role/s to bring more strategic thinking and real market understanding of sectors, organisations and businesses right across the UK.

However, this increasingly complex role comes with an advancement of new skills, which require expanded knowledge in new areas, but also redefined thinking. We will assist you in identifying hurdles that are preventing you from achieving real success at a senior EA level or making you feel like you have hit a plateau and perhaps for some, questioning your choice of career.

You may be operating at a senior level, yet your organisation does not yet recognise these aspects of the role/s and what can be achieved, therefore limiting your ability to utilise advanced skills and knowledge.

We shall seek to increase your impact and influence, which will in turn raise motivation, productivity levels and ensure better representation of the roles within your organisation. It is about achieving sustainable growth for your career that is relevant!

This short one-day intensive course is designed to provide senior level EA/PA professionals with the tools, resources and motivation to enable a more effective and successful business impact performance.

You will gain new awareness, perspectives, proven best practice ideas and resources. We shall work through setting tangible objectives for change in your professional lives, the opportunity to develop networks with other participants.

This course will also include a complete CV review and 30-minute coaching session post workshop.

Programme Outline:
